  Having just moved to the mountain this was my first haircut up here. I had it cut by a young male who was the human embodiment of brevity. I provided a visual reference as to what I was after and verbal cues along the way, he ignored that and had my hair cut and beard trimmed in, what seemed to be under 10 minutes. I ended up with, at least the shaven parts, something that more closely resemble a tennis ball. It felt like he had something better to do with little care whatsoever for his job. Really disappointing.

  Unfortunately Bill asked my husband if my 5yr old son had an ‘off button’. This made my husband and son feel really uncomfortable during their cuts. We have been many times and love the cut and prices, but now, just so sad.

  Great service. Walked in without a booking and was seated right away with Jordan.
  Easy conversation and a great haircut and beardtrim.

  Friendly staff,
  Haircut was of a good standard.
  Price for haircut was just a little high($40).
  Same haircut for around $30 nearby.

  We love Barber Bill's..... local, low cost, high quality hair cuts. My son won't go anywhere else. The staff are excellent and live locally as well. I had been driving down to Knox and given the regular need for my sons hair cuts it was annoying as it was also hit and miss on who you had and how much you'd have to pay. I highly recommend and tell everyone who asks.
